Meet Emma

Emma is a Sydney based photographer with a photojournalistic approach, capturing cherished moments in a way that is totally natural and authentic.

Nice to meet you!

I'm a natural light wedding and portrait photographer born and raised in country NSW. I’m now based in beautiful Sydney where I’m lucky enough to immerse myself in all my special loves - coastlines, music, my family and of course, capturing love!

I’ve moved through life with a camera around my neck since a very young age. I’ve always loved capturing honest moments in an elegant and timeless approach. I’ve now got over 7 years of professional experience and features in top wedding publications allowing me to capture love all around the world.

I love my beautiful girls Georgie and Evie, my husband Dan, my home, fresh flowers, the ocean and vintage furniture. I love taking photos and I love, love.

Emma Hampton

Is a representation of me. Honest, romantic, and elegant. I aim to tell the story of your special day, your family, and most importantly, your love. Not forced or unnatural, capturing your personality and the essence of your style. I love shooting weddings, the pure beauty of the bride, and the glow of the groom, being part of the happiest day in your life and ensuring these memories last forever. I love shooting families; there’s nothing more special than creating family photos that will last a lifetime and will be passed down for generations to come.

Honest & nonintrusive

Regardless of whether you’re getting married in a luxurious venue in the heart of a big city, or in the middle of a breathtaking, golden meadow, with only you, your parents and the priest by your side, or dreaming about a relaxed and natural family photo shoot – I’ll be there and I’ll fit seamlessly into the backdrop. I’ll make each minute, moment and smile count.

“Emma’s approach to photography is completely honest and oh-so effortlessly romantic. She knows that when the cheesy and staged poses are pushed aside, there’s room for the real emotions to shine through.”
